Meet the Owner

Advanced Home Inspection owner David Cassavaugh has more than 30 years of experience in New Hampshire as both a general contractor and a master carpenter. He founded AHI in 2009 to provide New Hampshire homeowners and home buyers with peace of mind during what is often the most significant financial transaction of their lives.

David Cassavaugh is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, which has certified him as an ASHI Inspector. He speaks frequently at trade and homeowner events around New Hampshire on the topics of home inspection and navigating the HUD 203(k) process.
